This wonderful, private golf course is located about 15 minutes from Hamilton and about 40 minutes from St. Georges.

Riddell's Bay Golf & Country Club, opened in 1922, is Bermuda's oldest golf course. The course was originally designed by architect Devereux Emmett who, shortly afterwards, built the Congressional near Washington, D.C., the site of the 1997 U.S. Open. Just as Congressional was remodeled by Robert Trent Jones, and again more recently by his son, Rees Trent Jones, so is Riddell's Bay gradually acquiring a new look.

This golf course offers scenic delights and plenty of challenges and is described by Bermudians as "a real gem" and "the course you must play."

Special Instructions

All players are expected to dress in a neat and respectable manner when on club property. Please note the following items of clothing will not be allowed: Ladies - no bathing suits, halter tops, tank tops, tee-shirts, jeans, cut-offs or brief shorts; Gentlemen - no tee-shirts, jeans, cut-offs or brief shorts. Nor should any other article of clothing be worn which may be deemed offensive or inappropriate.
Proper golf shoes with SOFT SPIKES are required. In the event that players do not have golf shoes, tennis shoes (only) will be acceptable. Shirt-tails must be worn inside trousers or shorts. Transfers are not included. It is a 15 minute taxi ride from Hamilton and about a 40 minute ride from St. Georges.
